Robert Walters Belgium is currently active in two locations, Brussels and Antwerp. For our Brussels office, we are looking for a new colleague to continue our success story. Step into the role of Recruiter, where you can combine your passion for sales and recruitment in a challenging role. You will join a company where collaboration and communication are key.

Our story starts in 1985, when our founder Robert Walters opened our first office in central London. Since then, we have grown into a highly successful and listed recruitment specialist. We are active in 31 countries worldwide and operate in multiple markets.

Your role:

As a Recruiter, you'll join a team specialised in Finance, Banking, Engineering, or Interim Management profiles. You will handle the recruitment process from beginning to end, being a consultant for both clients and candidates.

• Contact and advise clients and candidates to discover exciting business prospects
• Become a client relationship expert and build long-term relationships by understanding the client and their unique hiring needs
• Showcase your skills as a consultant by managing positions and attracting top talent
• Strategic matchmaking: expertly match candidates with positions aligning with their skills
• Organize interviews, keep candidates informed and engaged by providing consistent communication and valuable feedback
• Develop your portfolio by proactively engaging new clients

Jouw profiel

Your profile:

• You hold a Master's degree
• Experience in sales, finance or recruitment is a plus
• You enjoy diverse tasks and have a genuine interest in the world of recruitment
• You have strong communication skills in French or Dutch and you are fluent in English
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy achieving targets while providing quality recruitment services

  Acties voorstellen (infosessies, werkaanbiedingen, ...)
